Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Volia Ventures Inc. (“Volia,” “we,” “us”), operator of the Volia creator platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law.

3. Creator content and licensing

You retain ownership of the content you upload (“Creator Content”). You grant Volia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, distribute, and display your Creator Content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Creator Content does not infringe any third party’s rights.

4. Payments, fees, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. We may charge platform fees disclosed at the time of purchase. Digital content sales (including DM unlocks, video unlocks, tips, and subscription tiers) are final and non-refundable once delivered. As a limited exception, the introductory paid DM fee is refundable if the receiving creator has not responded within 7 days — the refund window. Subscription tiers renew until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload, share, or solicit content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, non-consensual, violent toward real people, fraudulent, infringing, or that violates our community guidelines. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

We respond to valid DMCA notices. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice including the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to dmca@voliaventures.com. Repeat infringers’ accounts will be terminated.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued access creates risk for the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including content licenses already granted to paying users, payment obligations, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volia’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Volia in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$100. Volia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Volia harmless from claims arising out of your Creator Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
